In which Miranda interviews a playwright!

Today was quite exciting! As part of my "Meeting the Writer" class, everyone in our class has to interview one of the writers that come and talk to us. Today it was my turn! I interviewed the playwright Stephen Brown about his play that we read, Future Me. The play itself deals with quite controversial themes. Very briefly, it's about a lawyer, Peter, whose computer develops a virus that sends an email with an attached image to his entire address book. This image turns out to be some graphic child pornography, and he is sent to jail. The play deals with how Peter is able to come to terms with what he did, and how his family and friends cope with this. It's quite an interesting play.
ANYWAY, Stephen Brown was great to interview! He gave really interesting answers to my questions, which was really nice. The interview was actually supposed to run from 4-5:15 but we actually continued talking to him as a class until 5:30 because he was so interesting...this is the first time this has ever happened in the class. Cool!
After class, I went grocery shopping, talked to Mom on the phone for a bit, and ate dinner. Now I'm going to do some reading for my class tomorrow and finally watch the Apprentice premiere!
